Rennet

n. [ AS. rinnan, rennan, to run, cf. gerinnan to curdle, coagulate. √11. See Run, v. ] 1. The inner, or mucous, membrane of the fourth stomach of the calf, or other young ruminant. [ 1913 Webster ]
