| | Shelf list card | บัตรแจ้งหมู่, บัตรแจ้งหมู่หนังสือ, Example: บัตรแจ้งหมู่หนังสือ หรือ บัตรแจ้งหมู่ (Shelf list card หรือ Shelflist card) คือ บัตรมี่ลักษณะเดียวกับบัตรหลักหรือบัตรยืนพื้น กล่าวคือ จะมีข้อมูลหรือรายละเอียดทางบรรณานุกรมเหมือนกันทุกประการ แต่มีการเพิ่มรายการทะเบียนวัสดุสารสนเทศไว้ที่ด้้านล่างซ้ายของบัตร และอาจเพิ่มรายการเกี่ยวกับการไดัรับ และ/หรือ ราคาไว้ที่ด้านหลังบัตร <p> <p>การเีรียงบัตรแจ้งหมู่ให้เรียงตามเลขเรียกหนังสือ ตู้ของบัตรแจ้งหมู่นี้ มักจะเก็บไว้ภายในส่วนของการดำเนินการจัดหมวดหมู่หนังสือ เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในการบริหารจัดการภายใน <p>ประโยชน์ของบัตรแจ้งหมู่ คือ <p>1. เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือเพื่อสำรวจหรือ Inventory ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศในห้องสมุด โดยการใช้บัตรแจ้งหมู่เที่ยบกับทรัพยากรสารสนเทศที่ให้บริการอยู่ที่ชั้นหนังสือ เมื่อตรวจสอบแล้วรายการใดไม่ครบหรือตรงตามจำนวนที่ปรากฏในบัตรแจ้งหมู่ จะมีการทำเครื่องหมายกำกับไว้ หรือข้อความกำกับสถานภาพว่า หาย หรือ ซ่อม หรือตามแต่กรณี <p>2.เพื่อตรวจสอบจำนวนทรัพยากรสารสนเทศในแต่ละเรื่องหรือแต่ละหมวดวิชา เพื่อพิจารณาการจัดหาในหมวดวิชานั้นๆ <p>3. เพื่อตรวจสอบบรรณานุกรมและเรียกในการทำรายการใหม่ โดยใช้เพื่อเป็นการตรวจสอบความซ้ำซ้อนของการให้เลขเรียกหนังสือ ถ้าพบว่า มีการให้เลขเรียกหนังสือซ้ำกับที่เคยให้แล้ว จะได้มีการกำหนดเลขเรียกหนังสือใหม่ที่ไม่ซ้ำกับรายการเดิม <p>ทั้งนี้ บัตรแจ้งหมู่ อาจจะไม่มีการดำเนินการแล้ว เนื่องจากปัจจุบันห้องสมุดได้ใช้ระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ เป็นส่วนมาก ซึ่งช่วยในการลงรายการต่างๆ ได้อย่างสะดวก และสามารถตรวจสอบความซ้ำซ้อนได้อย่างรวดเร็ว [บรรณารักษ์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์] |
